Cosplay 101

Cosplay, which is a term derived from combining the two words costume and play, has been a staple in each and every comic or toy convention organized for many years now. According to a custom essay on Wikipedia, cosplay orinated in Japan way back in 1978, and in Japanese it is called kosupure. The term cosplay was coined by Nov Takahashi when he was at a sci-fi convention.
