Detectives are investigating the shooting of a 16-year-old female on Tuesday night.
"At about 9 p.m. Metro and EMS responded to Robin Hood Drive near Friar Tuck Drive, where the victim sought help after being shot at undetermined location. She was transported to Memorial University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries," police say.
"The victim has been uncooperative with investigators. Detectives do not believe this is a random shooting," report police.

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting Saturday night, in an apartment on the 1500 block of Benton Boulevard.
Detectives believe the shooting occurred at about 7 p.m. The incident was reported to Metro about an hour later. Metro and Pooler Police responded to the scene finding Eric Thompson, 22, with a gunshot wound. Thompson was transported to Memorial University Medical Center for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.
"Investigators have conducted several interviews regarding this case and are working to determine circumstances surrounding the shooting. This investigation continues," police said.

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting on West 38th and Burroughs streets that injured Nigeria Hutcherson, 19, on Sunday, May 1.
At about 1:40 a.m. Metro responded to the scene finding Hutcherson with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. EMS also responded.
Hutcherson was reportedly outside speaking to a relative when at least two female subjects approached, opening fire after a brief verbal dispute. The suspects may have headed south on Burroughs Street.
"Investigators do not believe this crime is a random act and are following leads to identify suspects. This investigation continues," police said.

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department's Major Accident Investigations Team responded to a hit-and-run accident involving two-vehicles on Waters Avenue and East 39th Street that injured Katheryn Blankenhorn, 25, on April 30.
At about 4:47 p.m. Blankenhorn was traveling north on Waters Avenue on a motor scooter. At the same time a white Chevrolet pick-up truck driven by an unidentified white male was traveling south on Waters Avenue.
"Investigators believe the driver of the pick-up truck failed to maintain his lane before striking Blankenhorn’s scooter. The unidentified pick-up truck driver fled westbound on East 39th Street," police said.
Blankenhorn was transported to Memorial University Medical Center with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Within the hour, Metro officers located the pick-up truck on East 39th and East Broad streets. It was no longer occupied by the suspect.

West Chatham Precinct Patrol officers of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department arrested and charged Dustin Hughes, 33, with two counts of sexual battery just minutes after a Sunday evening incident reported at an apartment complex pool on the 100 block of St. George Boulevard.
"The incident reportedly occurred at about 7:30 p.m. and involved an 17-year-old female victim. Bystanders helped officers locate Hughes, who was found inside of his apartment," police said.
Hughes cooperated with Metro officers. He was arrested and charged within an hour of the alleged crime. Hughes was transported to the Chatham County Detention Center without incident.
