This tour by HSF’s 13th colony is a sneak peek at the upcoming district and the work bringing it to life. The hard hat tour will exhibit what will become an intrinsic part of the community for the younger generations of Savannah, who make up the 13th colony membership. Event check-in will begin at 10:40 a.m. at the Kessler Plant Riverside District Construction Office, 3 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in downtown Savannah.
