Art Exploration & Portfolio Building

This four week class will provide diverse art media experiences for middle school artists ages 11-14. Each week a different art medium/process will be discussed and demonstrated. Some projects may require time outside of the weekly class meeting if students desire to complete their works. Students are also invited to bring works that are in progress and work on them, utilizing the time with instructor as open studio. The instructor will spend some time familiarizing students with the process of portfolio development if participants express interest. A materials list will be emailed to participants.
