Arthouse Cinema: Heretic

Starring Hugh Grant as the charming, compelling, and ultimately diabolical Mr. Reed, 'Heretic' mixes elements of horror and psychological thriller as it casually unfolds into an intricate cat-and-mouse game after two Mormon missionaries ring his doorbell. Crackling with rich dialogue and cerebral debate, the latest from writer-directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods ('A Quiet Place') follows the young believers as they match wits with their host’s rarefied intellect. Tickets for the film are $5 for SCAD Cardholders; $8 for students, military, and seniors; and $10 for the general public.
