Bao Bites Featuring Kumusha Wines

Enjoy a wine tasting led by Kumusha Wines founder Tinashe Nyamudoka and delicious small plate samplings! Plant Riverside District will host an upscale food and wine pairing reception featuring Kumusha Wines at Baobab Lounge, an immersive African lounge located inside Plant Riverside District's Power Plant Building. Bao Bites will feature delicious small plate samplings of African cuisine with wine pairings. Menu highlights include African Deviled Eggs with Za’atar Mousse, Fried Fish Masala with Cassava Chips, Lamb Kebabs with Naan Bread and Baklava Empanadas with Citrus Honey and Orange Ice Cream.
