Bernard "Pretty" Purdie Drum Clinic

Plant Riverside District and Thomas Claxton’s "Me, Myself & Us" Productions are pleased to host the Bernard “Pretty” Purdie Drum Clinic at District Live, featuring instruction from Bernard “Pretty” Purdie, one of the most acclaimed drummers in rock, soul and R&B history. This special drum clinic will offer attendees of all ages the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn the “Purdie Shuffle” from the creator of this signature drum pattern, which consists of a distinctive combination of bass, high-hat and snare rhythms.
