Coastal Health District Chronic Disease Prevention Program
The Coastal Health District’s Chronic Disease Prevention Program will be host public health community event on Thursday, February 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Avenue Recreation Center. This will give our neighbors an opportunity to learn about Heart Disease and Diabetes Prevention Programs, smoking cessation classes, the Women, Infants, and Children program and other health department services. Free blood pressure screens and blood glucose tests will also be offered.
