Concert: Music for the Heartstrings

This annual piano, violin and vocal recital, now in its fourth year, will feature well-known pianists Sanford Jones and Marvin Keenze, violinist Effie Mydell, and soprano Kelly Blackmarr Carlile. The program includes the works of American and European composers and songwriters including Louis Gottschalk (New Orleans), Ernest Bloch (Switzerland), Georges Bizet (France), and Sanford Jones (Virginia) and Rogers and Hammerstein (New York). Early arrival recommended - seating is on a first-come basis. Children over 10 please.
