Elba Island Expansion Public Information Meeting

Sierra Club Coastal Group invites the public to an informational meeting on Kinder Morgan’s proposed expansion of Elba Island into an LNG liquefaction facility capable of exporting 4 million tons of LNG per year. The proposed conversion from import to export facility includes: new roads, 11 new buildings, hazardous material storage, 200+ tanker truck deliveries monthly, wetland impacts & 700%+ increase in carbon & greenhouse gas emissions.
