Move past mental and emotional barriers with these high energy flow workshop sessions that are fundamentally about body love and body positivity, with a focus on empowering new yoga practitioners. Jessamyn Stanley is a yoga teacher, body positivity advocate, and writer based in Durham, NC. All bodies, all abilities, all levels welcome. Bring water, mat, and any props.
