Georgia Tech-Savannah Learning Series: Developing Talent and Planning for Succession

This interactive breakfast discussion will focus on how to identify and develop exceptional leaders, and plan for their successors. With a meeting format that is a hybrid between a panel discussion and a TED Talk, leadership development expert Ned Ellington and former Southern Company executive Anthony James will share tips on how to identify problem solvers and innovators. Part of the Georgia Tech Learning Series, which holds one breakfast meeting each month, the session will include approximately 30 minutes of remarks followed by 45 minutes of interactive discussion.
