Girls Engineer It Day

A one day event focused on teaching hands-on STEM activities to help middle and high school students decide if Engineering/STEM is a career path for them. The event begins with an Engineering Expo composed of companies, local schools, and universities. Then students break out into different hands-on engineering classes, taught by local technologists. At the same time, parents are educated about keeping their students interested in STEM, college prep, financial aid, and even community opportunities for internships.
