Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council Meeting

The Advisory Council is meeting to discuss topics pertaining to the sanctuary and the waters off the Georgia coast. Topics include priority items for its focus and potential action during 2023 and 2024. It will also receive a presentation on the impacts of stony coral tissue loss disease in Florida and the Caribbean and potential threats to Gray’s Reef. Council members will discuss potential impacts of industrial/urban development to coastal salt marshes and GRNMS. This meeting is free to attend. Public comment will be taken at approximately 4:20 p.m.
