Hiplet Ballerinas Performance

Savannah Black Heritage Festival showcases the Hiplet Ballerinas and honorees. Hiplet™ is a style that fuses the classical pointe technique with African, Latin, hip-hop and urban dance styles. The dance technique was specifically designed to make ballet accessible to all by mixing it with current popular songs. Prior to the performance, the 2020 BHF honorees will be presented. This performance is free and open to the public. Seating will be on a first-come, first-seated basis. There will be a limited reserved-seat section for military families and seniors; however, these seats will be released 10 minutes prior to curtain call.
