Inhabitance by Jena Maki is a collection of works which explore the North East and the relationship we have created with our everyday surroundings. Maki recreates memories and experiences from her upbringing through imagined and familiar landscapes. Pausing and collecting specific moments in time to share with her audience, she paints knowing our personal ‘everyday’ is constantly changing.
