✨INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY✨ What is the actual meaning of yoga? The word “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit word “yuj” which means “to yoke”, or “to unify”. We have a wonderful group of teachers from all different spaces and places coming together to offer you a FREE CLASS in Forsyth Park Round Robin style! Easy to find; near the fountain, facing Collins. Bring a mat or towel & water. ALL ARE WELCOME!!
