Beginning April 1, several businesses and local schools have committed to participate during the month of April, by paying $1-$5 in exchange for wearing jeans to work. Jeans 4 Justice is an awareness campaign which started in Italy in 1999. This event symbolizes a worldwide protest in support of a victim who was blamed for her rape because she was wearing jeans.
