Lecture: Home for the Holidays? Let's Think about the Homeless, Too

Most Savannahians spend their lives with the homeless being out of focus. However, it still costs each of us to support them without arriving at a solution. How has that happened? What can we do about it? Friends of Massie and the Downtown Neighborhood Association have invited Cindy Murphy Kelley, Executive Director of Chatham Savannah Homeless Authority, to update us on the issues. Ms. Kelly’s non-profit organization plays a vital role in our community by connecting displaced families, homeless individuals and those at risk with resources to reconnect with society.
