Lego League Robotics Competition

Georgia Tech-Savannah and Savannah State University are co-hosting a robotics program for 9 to 16 year olds. This competition is designed to get students excited about science, engineering, math and technology while getting equipped with valuable employment and life skills. With adult coaches, students team up, with up to ten other children, to design, build, and program a robot to perform autonomous missions on a playing field. They use LEGO MINDSTORMS Robotics to develop problem solving, critical thinking, innovation, and presentation skills. This year’s event is space themed.
