Let’s Talk: Building Bridges to Inclusion

This workshop is designed to spread awareness and cultivate an appreciation for diversity in the workplace. We will first become familiar with workplace diversity and explore how daily interactions are impacted. Those who take part in this conversational workshop will leave with a greater understanding of the messages we receive about ourselves and about those whose backgrounds are different from our own. Participants will gain insight into legislative policy surrounding diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We’ll also discuss the benefits of having and retaining a diverse labor force and how to move from “doing diversity,” to integrating inclusion.
