Let’s Talk: Building Bridges to Inclusion

Conversations can be tough, especially when they’re about a topic as complex and intricate as diversity. This workshop is designed to spread awareness and cultivate an appreciation for diversity in the workplace. We will first become familiar with workplace diversity and explore how daily interactions are impacted. Those who take part in this conversational workshop will leave with a greater understanding of the messages we receive about ourselves and about those whose backgrounds are different from our own. The overall goal is to provide a foundation for understanding the rationale for a legislative framework around diversity.
