Life 201 - 7 week grief support group from Full Circle Grief and Loss Center

Life 201 is a 7-week group for individuals who have taken our Grief 101 group or are at least 1 year out from the death of their loved one. Life 201 will discuss next steps, explore self-discovery following the death of a loved one, address various aspects of life now, and learn new ways to heal. Additional topics included spirituality and grief, sound healing, healing through music therapy, emotional protective factors, and mind/body connection. Group runs from February 1, thru March 14, meeting on Thursdays, 6pm - 7:30pm. Registration is required, and group participants do have to join in the
