Lineage
In this exhibition, fiber artist Anya Mitchell takes Amish quilt squares inherited from her grandmother’s studio and builds off the original structure and intent to develop her own composition and meaning. Each piece is imbued with its own personality with lines extending off onto the frame alluding to the inter-connective nature of the collection and the network it creates.
