LittleBits Workshop for Creative Students, Parents & Educators
When: Sat., Aug. 22, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 2015
Following the tremendous success of its first monthly BitOlympics for Savannah children, the Savannah Chapter of littleBits™ will again enable Savannah kids, their parents and educators to unleash their creativity by using littleBits modular electronic pieces to make cool stuff. The students are transformed into “Mini-Makers” by learning how to snap together hardware components that will do things like detect movement and sound, open and close doors, and light up rooms. Children from age 5 though high school work together in teams, with everyone able to contribute something unique.
