On Jan. 28, 1942, following the attacks on Pearl Harbor, the Eighth Air Force was activated at the National Guard Armory on Bull Street in Savannah. To commemorate this, a complete history of the Eighth Air Force will be displayed in the rotunda of the Museum. The documentary World War II: The Air War will be shown at 1PM, 12PM and 2:00PM. Cake at 12:30PM.
