New Yoga Now is dedicated to providing a balanced, solid foundation in the art and science of teaching yoga. This 200 hour program is for people who want to be great yoga teachers, as well as anyone who wishes to learn more about the whole life practice of yoga. We are on a mission to help you find the authentic, soulful, intelligent voice within! The program consists of 9 weekends spread out over 6 months to accommodate work schedules and family time.
