Ocean Discovery Center Grand Re-Opening and “The Earth is Blue” Block Party

Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary is slated to host a celebration for the grand reopening of their Ocean Discovery Center on Saturday, October 18. The public is invited to view the newly reimagined, museum-quality exhibits and enjoy an exciting, family-friendly sustainability block party in the heart of downtown Savannah featuring food, activities, and local vendors. A ribbon cutting ceremony for the center will start at 11 a.m. followed by “The Earth is Blue” Block Party until 3 p.m.
