Plant Riverside District is proud to announce its fourth annual Oktoberfest celebration, which will showcase a blend of fun activities on three Saturdays, October 5, October 12 and October 19, including the return of the popular Savannah Wiener Dog Races. All family-friendly festivities will take place at Plant Riverside District, located on Savannah’s historic riverfront at 400 W. River St. The 2024 Savannah Wiener Dog Races will take place on Saturday, October 12. The race is organized by Savannah’s Waterfront in collaboration with Plant Riverside District, with proceeds benefiting Savannah’s Waterfront.
