Pet Portrait Workshop

In this workshop we will walk through the various steps of creating a portrait of your favorite animal friend. Students will begin by learning what to look for in selecting a good reference photo. They then will be assisted in doing a first sketch with the emphasis on getting a likeness and creating a good composition for the final portrait, which will be completed on day two. Instruction will be customized to the needs and experience level of each student. This will include laying out the composition, color mixing, and assistance with use of the students’ chosen media.
