Pianist Chaeyoung Park to open The Arts at Messiah 2023

The Arts at Messiah will open its 2023 season with a solo piano concert from the extraordinary pianist Chaeyoung Park. As winner of the 2019 Hilton Head International Piano Competition and winner of the 2022 YCA Susan Wadsworth International Auditions, Chaeyoung Park has been praised as a passionate pianist who “does not play a single note without thought or feeling” (New York Concert Review). Her program will include Schumann’s Arabeske, selections from Rachmaninoff’s Preludes and Études, Scriabin’s Deux Poèmes, and Beethoven’s monumental work “Hammerklavier Sonata.” Reservations not required.
