Join SPY for a clinic-style workshop designed to teach you the fundamentals of the power yoga practice. In our foundations workshops, we work at a slower pace, answering your questions in the moment, dialing into the details of the poses and learning suitable modifications as you build strength.
Foundations 1 will focus on the Sun Salutations. We will look closely at Downward Facing Dog, Low Plank (chaturanga dandasana), Warrior 1, Cobra and Upward Facing Dog. We will also explore the transitions between the poses.
