Pre-Trick or Treat
Bring the kids dressed up for a Pre-Trick or Treat on River Street. To participate, kids must have a parent/guardian and bring their trick or treat bag to stock up on lots of candy. Start at either end of River Street and work your way down to over 30 participating businesses. Just make sure to look for the “Pre-Trick or Treat Participating Establishment” poster on the storefronts.
