Public Art Commissions: Learn About the Process from One Artist's Journey

The Public Art application process can be complex and often prevents many talented artists from pursuing projects or being awarded them. Questions having to do with: How might a Public Art project be funded? What is an RFP vs an RFQ? How is the selection process best handled? This workshop, presented by artist and public space designer Jerome Meadows, will begin with a presentation of his own work to demonstrate the inter-relationship of his studio practice to the public art process.
