Telfair Museums’ PULSE Art + Technology Festival is a free, five-day celebration inviting the public to participate in amazing interactive art experiences and hands-on workshops. 11 a.m. — as planned, student panel featuring artists Cuppetelli and Mendoza, and Rafaël Rozendaal. 6 p.m. — as planned, lecture by Rafaël Rozendaal, who will be joined by Cuppetelli and Mendoza. 7 p.m. — PULSE Opening Reception, which includes light appetizers and cash bar for beer and wine. 6 — 8 p.m. — as planned, projections by Rafael Rozendaal 7 p.m. — as planned, performance by Chalaxy, psychedelic alternative rock
