Restorative Practices Workshop

The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire will host a free Restorative Practices Workshop, providing attendees with an introduction to Restorative Practices and the Restorative Conferencing process. This informative two-hour workshop will be led by Sherlisa Praylo, The Mediation Center’s Director of Restorative Practices and Community Outreach, who has earned Academy of Dispute Resolution credentials in juvenile delinquency mediation training. Workshop attendees will also learn about volunteer opportunities at The Mediation Center, ways to get involved as a Restorative Conference Facilitator and opportunities to resolve conflict in local schools, diverting students from the juvenile court system.
