Young people around the world have been shaking things up in the last year with Fridays for Future school strikes for the climate. As we deal with devastating climate breakdown and hurtle towards dangerous tipping points, young people are calling on people of all ages to disrupt business as usual by joining the global climate strikes on September 20 through September 27. Scheduled to coincide with the UN Climate Summit in New York, this is an opportunity to create an upswell of public support for the ambitious climate solutions we need at all levels of government worldwide.
