SCAD Cinema Circle: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

Celebrate the centennial of Hollywood icon Paul Newman with a special screening of the film that cemented his legacy as a true magnetic titan of the silver screen. A film that captured the zeitgeist and exists in the rarefied air of cinematic immortality, Newman is effortlessly cool as the roguish outlaw Butch Cassidy, alongside Robert Redford's Sundance. With a radiantly playful script by William Goldman, Butch and Sundance quip and cavort their way across the west robbing trains with the twinkly-eyed charisma of genial gentleman bandits.
