Through the brave efforts of a group of active-duty officers and a private investigator who risked their careers and safety, the film exposes harmful policing practices that have plagued the precincts and streets of New York City for decades. Q-and-A session with director Stephen Maing follows the screening. Part of the SCAD Savannah Film Festival.
