The Camellias of Boanaventure

Please join Bonaventure Historical Society Camellia group member and retired forester, John Gentry, as he leads a guided walk discussing the camellias of Bonaventure. This will be a unique opportunity to find what it takes to keep our camellias healthy and beautiful. As time permits he will also talk about our largest trees, comparing them to the largest trees in Georgia and explaining the process of aging the trees. Follow the blue signs to the Colonial Garden or stop by the Visitor Center for directions. There is no charge for this event. Donations are always appreciated.
