Rick attended Armstrong College before being drafted into the army and later graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Painting and Drawing before moving to New York City in 1973 to pursue his artistic career. Rick's fine art has been shown in many galleries and museums and his comics work on Beavis and Butt-Head, Spider-Man, The Hulk, Iron Man, and many other comics has been seen in newspapers and magazines around the world. Rick is eager to see old friends and meet aspiring artists and writers and talk abouit his new book, "DRAFTED" from Abrams ComicArts.
