Youth Art and Yoga Creative Charge Workshop

When: Wed., Aug. 24, 5:45-7:45 p.m. 2016

A bi-weekly, nine week session held one day after school and one Saturday each week to engage participants from ages 16-23 in developing the frontal lobe area of the brain. New gray matter thickens in this area of the brain in adolescence with a use it or lose it life span. Classes will culminate with participation in the ZemiZen Fashion Event on November 18th, 2016.
