Contra Dance

Contras, squares and waltzes. Want to get moving but find exercising too hard and too dull? Maybe you should go for a spin Contra dancing! Live music by Glow in the Dark String Band. Dances prompted by callers Bob Beattie and Joyce Murlless. No experience or partner needed. Newcomers welcomed. Come at 6:45pm for lesson or refresher. $10 ($5 for members) Casual dress, comfortable shoes suggested. Bring a water bottle. Parking lot off 33rd Street. Sponsored by Savannah Folk Music Society.
