Film: Monster on the Campus
This terrific slice of old-fashioned sci-fi horror is charmingly hokey at times, but quite entertaining and creepy from start to finish. When a university science professor comes into contact with the fossilized blood of a prehistoric fish, he suddenly finds himself "regressing" into a Neanderthal caveman that terrorizes the school whenever he is made upset or fearful.
