Film: The Penthouse

In honor of the birthday of '60s and '70s British actress Suzy Kendall (who stars in this movie), the PFS presents an incredibly rare public viewing of the highly sought-after, ahead-of-its time home invasion thriller The Penthouse. Based on a controversial stage play, this shocking and brutal film caused quite a stir upon its initial release, and has never been officially issued on home video in any format. It is a prized find among collectors of niche movies, and the PFS has finally located an uncut print of the film. The plot concerns a group of thugs who hold captive and terrorize a woman in her chic penthouse apartment - with very unexpected results. Due to the graphic subject matter, it is recommended for mature viewers only.
